About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Integrated Management System based on ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 39001 (Road Traffic Safety), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), in accordance with the unit’s guidance
Follow up on the completion of each quality audit cycle, whether second- or third-party, including investigations, action plans, evidence, and communication with the auditor and certification body
Control the calibration of measuring equipment, ensuring compliance with established parameters and standards
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes alongside the management team, from resource definition through results analysis
Contribute to and control processes for managing improvement findings, assisting with the implementation of action plans
Sustain improved results and the resolution of nonconformities through internal and external audits
Monitor management system results by tracking the measurement and analysis of process indicators

Requirements

What you’ll need

Internal Auditor training/certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Quality Management
Valid driver’s license (Category B) required
Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and artificial intelligence tools
Experience monitoring audit cycles, controlling the calibration of measuring equipment, and reviewing procedures in accordance with ISO standards
Availability to work fully on-site in Sorocaba, São Paulo, Brazil
Specialization in Quality Management (a plus)
ISO 39001 Internal Auditor training/certification (a plus)
Training in MASP, Process Mapping, and Reading and Interpreting Basic Technical Drawings (a plus)
