About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand the vision, mission, and values of the company and the Group, as well as internal procedures and established policies
- Participate in internal and external training and pursue technical specialization and ongoing professional development
- Pursue self-development through specialized publications, courses, seminars, conferences, and trade shows
- Comply with safety, hygiene, and workplace conduct standards
- Contribute to a positive work environment and the optimization of results
- Provide support and perform professional activities related to the position
- Support the definition of occupational safety goals and objectives based on performance indicators
- Develop and implement the Hearing Conservation Program (PCA) and the Lockout/Tagout program
- Implement programs and tools to reduce accidents; establish goals and indicators; conduct audits; and define actions and responsible parties
- Monitor labor-related technical expert assessments and prepare supporting documentation for employment-law defenses
- Update the Respiratory Protection Program, Contingency Plan, Emergency Plans, and occupational safety procedures
- Provide technical support for the review of the Healthcare Services Waste Management Plan (PGRSS)
- Develop safety specifications and standards, including updates and applicability according to the activity
- Develop and renew the Risk Management Program (PGR), monitor its action plans, and maintain the Technical Report on Environmental Working Conditions (LTCAT)
Requirements

- CREA professional registration
- Class B driver’s license
