About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the preparation and updating of reports, metrics, monitoring dashboards, and executive presentations for the department
  • Organize, consolidate, and analyze information related to airport demand, operational capacity, performance, and customer experience
  • Assist in monitoring projects, action plans, schedules, and deliverables across the department’s different workstreams
  • Support the creation and updating of spreadsheets, databases, and materials used in decision-making
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and initiatives, contributing analyses, information organization, and improvement proposals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Aeronautical Sciences, with expected graduation between December 2027 and December 2028
  • Interest in data analysis, planning, processes, and airport operations
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and collaborate with different teams
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is a plus
  • Interest in the aviation and airport infrastructure sectors is a plus
