About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Purchase materials and contract services for road infrastructure and paving projects.
  • Manage quotation processes, proposal comparisons, and negotiations involving prices, deadlines, and commercial terms.
  • Issue and manage contracts, purchase orders, and contract amendments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with internal departments to understand their requirements.
  • Develop and manage strategic suppliers.
  • Monitor deadlines and the progress of purchase orders.
  • Support the monitoring of performance indicators and the identification of opportunities to optimize and improve efficiency in Procurement processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of services and construction materials used in road engineering and paving.
  • Knowledge of the supplier market is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with technical procurement.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
