About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define project scopes through meetings, data collection, development of initial studies, analysis of lessons learned, and preparation of stakeholder communication plans
Prepare documentation for project procurement/tendering, including requisitions, forms, terms of reference, reference budgets, and proposal analyses
Manage stakeholders by interacting with concessionaires, partner companies, municipalities, designers, and other parties involved; conduct meetings and site visits, monitor schedules, and follow up on action items
Facilitate project approval with the granting authority
Technically evaluate projects, analyzing solutions from technical, economic, feasibility, operational, contractual, and business perspectives
Manage project contracts, ensuring scope, cost, quality, and schedule requirements are met; monitor schedules, progress measurements, amendments, supplier evaluations, and closeout activities
Support construction activities by providing technical assistance, ensuring operational and construction efficiency, and keeping project documentation up to date
Ensure compliance with internal governance, compliance, and management improvement programs
Meet the expectations and needs of concessionaires through collaboration with Engineering, Contract Administration, Customer Service, Operations, and Maintenance
Record and disseminate lessons learned to generate knowledge and results for the company

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Knowledge of AutoCAD
Knowledge of MS Project
Knowledge of BIM
Knowledge of Project Management
Willingness to reside in Pouso Alegre, Minas Gerais
Experience in the role is a plus
