About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Structure, align, and continuously evolve Motiva’s strategic innovation vision in an integrated manner with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and review master plans for Smart Roads, Smart Rails, and Infrastructure for Mobility 5.0.
- Translate master plans into technology, process, business, people, and social impact roadmaps.
- Consolidate and validate documentation, guidelines, and materials that guide the implementation of technological and incremental innovation projects.
- Manage, enable, and monitor the execution of approved roadmaps, ensuring continuous follow-up, alignment, and course corrections when necessary.
- Break down activities, deliverables, and responsibilities for each execution workstream, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Enable roadmap execution through the Innovation Center’s tools, including open innovation, funding opportunities, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem connections.
- Pursue internal and external partnerships that contribute to the sustainable execution of initiatives, considering cost, schedule, quality, and impact.
- Monitor metrics, deliverables, governance, and execution quality across strategic innovation programs, projects, and initiatives.
- Partner with the Innovation PMO to ensure the organization, traceability, and consistency of information.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- A degree or background in ESG, Strategy, Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Innovation, or related fields will be considered an advantage.
- Specialization or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Knowledge of strategy, technology, processes, and project management.
- Experience developing roadmaps, strategic plans, innovation programs, or transformation initiatives.
- Ability to create high-quality executive and educational materials.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills.
- Systems thinking and the ability to connect trends, technology, business, and sustainable impact.
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and value-driven mindset.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Fluency in Spanish will be considered an advantage.
