About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Supply Chain Directorate’s transformation journey, driving the evolution of its operating model.
- Promote process digitalization, activity automation, and the use of artificial intelligence, analytics, RPAs, APIs, and systems integration.
- Develop innovative solutions that deliver sustainable productivity gains and operational efficiency.
- Establish and enhance the Directorate’s information, KPI, and dashboard governance.
- Support strategic decision-making through data, analysis, and performance indicators.
- Lead organizational development programs, including reskilling, upskilling, leadership development, succession planning, and talent management.
- Strengthen integration across departments, systems, and processes.
- Support the development and deployment of the Supply Chain Directorate’s strategy.
- Ensure alignment between corporate objectives, action plans, and transformation initiatives.
- Lead innovation, digitalization, automation, artificial intelligence, analytics, and systems integration projects.
- Develop and maintain data structures, dashboards, KPIs, and management analyses.
- Coordinate the evolution of Supply Chain systems and platforms.
- Promote continuous process improvement and maximize operational results.
- Establish technical and behavioral development programs for teams.
- Support training, succession planning, talent retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Lead change management initiatives related to the implementation of new processes, technologies, and operating models.
- Work in a matrix structure with teams distributed across different projects.
- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and Supply Chain practices.
- Review policies and procedures, train teams, and ensure adherence to guidelines, operating models, and internal controls.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid experience in Supply Chain, organizational transformation, governance, processes, or related areas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of SAP MM and e-procurement.
- Valid Category B driver’s license.
- Strong analytical skills and market awareness.
- Innovative, critical-thinking, collaborative, and continuous-improvement mindset.
- Professional demeanor, initiative, ethics, and team spirit.
- At least 10 years of experience preferred.
- Intermediate English; advanced proficiency preferred.
- Experience with digital transformation, automation, artificial intelligence, analytics, change management, and systems integration.
- Experience with organizational development, training, succession planning, or talent management projects.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain trends, benchmarks, and best practices.
