Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate operational challenges across people, processes, and tools to determine root causes
Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and operational inefficiencies
Deliver data-driven insights into operational performance and customer escalations for executive inquiries
Translate complex data into graphic-rich slide decks and dashboards using Tableau
Provide strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, increase productivity, and meet business goals
Assess existing systems and recommend tool enhancements to streamline service delivery operations
Collaborate with Business Operations teams to prioritize high-impact initiatives and refine performance dashboards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree OR 5+ years of applicable experience in data analysis, operational reporting, or process optimization
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
Experience with data visualization and analytics using Tableau to build, maintain, and extract data
Advanced proficiency in slide deck design using PowerPoint or Google Slides
ITSM systems knowledge, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Purecloud
Understanding of the ITIL Framework
Executive communication skills and experience tailoring persuasive presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies
Familiarity with constructive dissatisfaction frameworks or continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred
