About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver cloud solutions to the public safety sector
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to evaluate organizational readiness and streamline legacy workflows
Oversee the project lifecycle and execute technical deployment
Drive activation, configuration, and training to integrate new solutions
Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and solve implementation activities
Validate scope and goals; document and track deliverables and milestones
Drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment
Manage timelines, mitigate risks, anticipate issues, and provide escalation management
Guide client project teams and ensure alignment with objectives
Respond to assistance requests in a timely manner
Manage resolution of technical and non-technical issues
Troubleshoot application- and operating-system-level technical issues
Install, migrate, and upgrade products on accelerated schedules
Develop a full understanding of all products
Create or contribute to process documentation and improvements
Write Standard Operating Procedures when required
Create and review knowledge base documentation and FAQs
Conduct training on products and services
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and focus on customer time to value

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years operating at the intersection of business operations, project management, and cloud implementation in Enterprise, Public Safety or Government systems software implementation
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience) preferred
High school diploma
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
Employer work permit sponsorship is not available
Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers
Successfully pass a stringent fingerprint background check under the US Department of Justice CJIS Security Policy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent investigative, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under strict deadlines and interact with customers of varying experience levels
Ability to research and resolve problems using a variety of tools
Knowledge of one or more programming languages: Java, C++, or Ruby
Knowledge of relational databases: SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
Knowledge of web services/web technology: HTML, CSS, XML, or JSON
Knowledge of VMware and managing Virtual Machines
