About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze complex business requirements and create Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and Technical Design Documents (TDDs)
Configure core Oracle ERP modules and develop custom technical solutions using Oracle development tools and frameworks
Architect and implement REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and automated data pipelines connecting Oracle with third-party platforms
Lead business process re-engineering, gap analyses, and setup configurations across operational and financial workstreams
Support transactional and master data structuring, governance, validation, and analytics
Collaborate with business leaders, functional workstream leads, and solution architects
Drive data migration, functional validation, UAT, and system integrations during upgrades and cloud modernization
Provide Tier-3 production support, root-cause analysis, and sustainable resolutions for complex issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors Degree
4+ years of experience designing and implementing Oracle e-business Suite applications and Oracle cloud applications
Proven expertise across Oracle EBS (R12) and Oracle Cloud Applications / Infrastructure (OCI)
In-depth functional understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), or Oracle Financials suites
Hands-on experience with BI Publisher/XML Publisher reports, custom interfaces, workflows, SQL, and PL/SQL
Experience with API integrations, web services, and data transformation
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or enterprise middleware platforms preferred
Proficiency in business process mapping, gap analysis, and AIM/OUM deliverables such as MD050 and MD070
Experience leading test cycles, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and delivering end-user training
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Git, and enterprise DevOps release practices
Exceptional problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely required
