About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in managing the development and implementation of Motorola Solutions’ products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded products
  • Support projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • High School Diploma is required
  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of December 2028 or later
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
  • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
  • Strong interest in product management, project management, or agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus
