About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement Mobile Video solutions
Lead and act as the focal point for all aspects of assigned projects
Deliver contractual scope on schedule and within budget while maintaining customer satisfaction
Use project-management tools including schedules, critical path analysis, budgets, change orders, risk assessments, and action-item logs
Analyze complex issues and develop resolutions
Allocate resources to meet project, financial, and customer-satisfaction objectives
Communicate directly with customers and relevant senior internal stakeholders
Conduct project reviews throughout the project lifecycle
Manage overall pre-tax profit of assigned projects
Direct and coordinate project-team activities
Contribute to project plans and organizational objectives
Prepare project-status reports for upper management

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma, plus a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, IT, Management, or Technology required
2 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Product Management
Strong presentation and negotiating skills
PMP highly desired
Knowledge of mobile video technology, including required wireless/LTE infrastructure, policy/procedures for retention/redaction/chain of custody, evidence management software and workflow, a plus
Self motivated team player able to work effectively with general guidance toward objectives
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely required
Employer work permit sponsorship is not available
Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers
Successfully passing a stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions customers
Candidates should be located in Texas or Oklahoma
Travel requirement of 50–75% / over 50%
