About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform preventative maintenance service calls on customer systems on a regular schedule
Schedule time efficiently to deliver service and fulfill service requirements
Ensure timely completion of preventative maintenance work
Perform hands-on maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on production build fixtures, test fixtures, and various production equipment
Install, repair, organize, and maintain designated production equipment
Analyze mechanical and operational problems and take corrective action to maximize safe production and product quality
Record preventative maintenance results, including Work Order, Status, and associated notes
Install and set up sensors, solenoids, and switching based on fixture requirements
Provide chronic memos or customer notes to other technicians

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 years of experience supporting and maintaining industrial equipment
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
Strong mechanical skill set with hands-on experience in pneumatic and hydraulic hardware maintenance, tool calibration, and basic electrical concepts and repair
Proficient in using hand, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools
Proficient computer skills with the ability to build and execute projects directly from technical documentation
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted
Comfortable working on ladders and overhead lifts
Position requires 50% or more travel / over 50% travel
