Key responsibilities & impact

Implement Mobile Video solutions
Lead all aspects of assigned projects as the primary leader and focal point
Deliver contractual scope on schedule and within budget while maintaining customer satisfaction
Use project management tools including schedules, critical path analysis, budgets, change orders, risk assessments, and action item logs
Analyze complex project issues and develop resolutions
Allocate resources to meet project objectives, corporate financial goals, and customer satisfaction goals
Communicate directly with customers and relevant senior internal stakeholders
Conduct project reviews throughout the project lifecycle
Manage the overall pre-tax profit of assigned projects
Lead large projects by developing detailed project plans, managing timelines and resources, and establishing clear goals
Identify and mitigate risks and develop corrective action plans
Apply PMBOK, PRINCE2, or applicable project management standards
Prepare project status reports for upper management

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Finance, IT, Management, or Technology
5 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management
PMP Certification required
Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers
Must successfully pass a stringent fingerprint background check under the US Department of Justice CJIS Security Policy
Strong presentation and negotiating skills
Familiarity with Public Safety communications systems, software solutions, or mobile video solutions
Knowledge of mobile video technology, wireless/LTE infrastructure, retention/redaction/chain-of-custody policies and procedures, evidence management software, and workflow is a plus
Self-motivated and able to work effectively with general guidance toward objectives
Candidates should be located in the Central region of the United States due to travel requirements
Travel requirement of 50%-75%
