Key responsibilities & impact

Implement Communication System Projects and serve as the leader/focal point for assigned projects
Deliver contractual scope on schedule and within budget while maintaining customer satisfaction
Use project management tools including schedules, critical path analysis, budgets, change orders, risk assessments, and action-item logs
Analyze complex project issues and develop resolutions
Allocate resources to meet project, corporate financial, and customer satisfaction objectives
Communicate directly with customer organizations and senior internal stakeholders
Conduct project reviews throughout the project lifecycle
Maintain overall financial health of assigned projects
Lead large projects or portions of complex projects
Oversee development of complete project plans
Establish, track, and audit project budgets, analyze variances, and develop action plans
Manage project quality, cost, and time constraints

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of project/program management or similar business experience OR 5+ years of project/program management or similar business experience
Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contract
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
Experience with at least one of: Public Safety communications systems, Cellular infrastructure, Military communications, Civil construction, Logistics, Telecommunications, or IT Networks
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
Understanding of two-way radio/cellular infrastructure communications products, services, and systems
Self-motivated team player able to work effectively with general guidance toward objectives
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
PMP highly desired; PMP and/or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
PM Masters Certificate a plus
