Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices
Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce technologies
Provide architectural guidance
Develop and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product configurations, pricing rules, and quote templates
Optimize CPQ processes and troubleshoot CPQ issues
Customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including workflows, approval processes, and automation
Provide hands-on end-user support and troubleshoot issues
Implement and customize Experience Cloud portals and communities
Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware
Monitor integration performance and maintain data integrity
Perform system audits, data hygiene tasks, and platform updates
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Build and deploy Salesforce features, applications, and enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prototype solutions, and deliver results

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of software engineering/development
2+ years of Salesforce experience
Strong ability to write, debug, and optimize Apex code, triggers, and classes
Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Process Builder
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing)
Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Expertise integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, or custom solutions
Knowledge of Salesforce development lifecycle, sandbox management, version control, and deployments using Gearset, Copado, or Change Sets
Understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and user permission management
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; employer work permit sponsorship unavailable
Travel under 10%
