Key responsibilities & impact

Write, manage, implement, and continuously measure the project plan using automated project management tools and processes.
Build, maintain, and communicate comprehensive project launch plans.
Track deliverables, milestones, resource allocation, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
Anticipate issues, explore contingency plans, and provide escalation management.
Lead successful solution implementation and professional hand-off to Support and Success teams.
Serve as the central point of contact for customers, channel partners, subcontractors, and internal staff.
Provide regular, transparent, and concise status updates.
Organize and facilitate internal and external customer meetings.
Navigate organizational complexity, influence stakeholders, and negotiate to ensure project success.
Understand and articulate the business and financial implications of project decisions and outcomes.
Collaborate with provisioning and product teams to enhance tools, processes, and methodologies.
Analyze program data, assess project risks, recommend data-driven solutions, and prepare action plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of Project Management experience working with SaaS solutions.
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree is a plus.
Demonstrated experience successfully navigating and leading agile projects within a highly matrixed organizational structure.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate the 'big picture' strategy while building trust with leaders cross-departmentally.
Proficient in developing project documentation.
Experience with cloud-based document management systems.
Experience with Public Safety communications systems and understanding of local public safety customers is a significant plus.
PMP, PMP-ACP, or equivalent agile certifications are highly desirable.
Monday.com, Salesforce, or Zendesk experience is a plus.
Associate's degree.
At least 5+ years of experience working with SaaS solutions and/or public safety technologies.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
