About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage customer contracts and relationships for video solutions, including Vehicle Intelligence product lines
  • Ensure contractual obligations and service-level agreements are met
  • Provide expertise in video solutions and direct resources to resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Deployment, Customer Success, Customer Service Managers, Onsite Servicers, and CMSO Support teams
  • Oversee Servicer Statements of Work and ensure service delivery and SLA compliance
  • Serve as primary contact for lifecycle management of video and complementary Motorola ecosystem technologies
  • Establish recurring governance meetings for mid-term and long-term planning
  • Execute service agreements, deploy field resources, reduce time to resolution, manage cases, and handle escalations
  • Maintain service scope according to contracts and clarify customer obligations
  • Build trusted service delivery advisor relationships with customers
  • Ensure best practices and consistent service levels; drive corrective actions to closure
  • Coordinate technical changes, releases, customer requests, field change orders, reconfigurations, upgrades, and execution plans
  • Monitor complex service matters, technical implementations, product quality issues, and related activities
  • Report technical performance and review open service requests
  • Coordinate account teams and technical resources to meet scope, deliverables, and outcomes
  • Support end-to-end video solution deployment and quality processes
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Maintain Customer Support Plans, Servicer Statements of Work, and other operational documents
  • Address root causes of repetitive incidents through problem management
  • Support contract renewals, including inventory, SOW, CSP, and third-party vendor pricing updates
  • Coordinate transition from project implementation to warranty support and service delivery with the Motorola Program Manager
  • Remain current on legal and regulatory data-security requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma, or Associates, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, General Studies, IT, Management, Public Safety, or Technology required
  • Must have 3+ years of Management or Leadership experience
  • Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers
  • 5+ years of successful experience with lifecycle sustainment account management OR 5+ years of experience in customer support / customer account management including Mobile Video, Vehicle Intelligence, or other video solutions
  • Understanding of Motorola Solutions products and services
  • Understanding of Servicer Statement of Work for contract management
  • Strong working knowledge of CMSO and Network Operations Center offerings and procedures
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with forecasting and cost/revenue/margin business acumen
  • Ability to achieve contract renewal and services growth goals
  • Goal-oriented self-starter able to market and manage service support contracts
  • Sales skills in establishing customer relationships, making presentations, and closing service support sales opportunities
  • Capable of learning service products, making customer presentations, and forming collaborative strategies with Motorola sales and support professionals and teams
  • Knowledge and experience using Google Suite tools and Microsoft business software
  • Willingness and ability to travel 25-50%
  • Must be able to work remotely from Arizona
