About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and control delinquency and loss levels, identifying risks, opportunities, and trends
  • Collect overdue payments from delinquent customers to recover outstanding debts and reduce delinquency
  • Negotiate with delinquent customers in an agile and sustainable manner while maintaining the business relationship
  • Monitor compliance with the collections workflow and the processes defined in internal policies
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging
  • Generate and analyze the department’s financial reports
  • Present financial reports in weekly internal reviews
  • Track performance indicators and improvement initiatives
  • Propose solutions to operational obstacles and opportunities for process optimization
  • Ensure compliance, governance, and adherence to internal policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields
  • Good knowledge of data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of financial systems
  • Ability to respond quickly to customer needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-directed, hands-on approach
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments
