About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and monitor the business’s operational and financial performance
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and traceability of performance indicators
- Analyze historical results, trends, variances, risks, and opportunities
- Investigate performance deviations by cross-referencing data sources and seeking supporting evidence
- Monitor SLAs and results by contract, client, branch, partner, and operation
- Prepare periodic reports containing indicators, analyses, conclusions, and recommendations
- Prepare and present performance review meetings with the Operations team
- Translate operational and financial data into insights to support decision-making
- Recommend actions to recover or improve results
- Track action plans, deadlines, results, and necessary adjustments
- Identify recurring patterns and incidents to support Continuous Improvement
- Perform specific analyses on demand
- Contribute to the enhancement of indicators, reports, and analytical routines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Statistics, Operations Management, or related fields
- Completed or ongoing postgraduate studies in Business Management, Project Management, Process Management, Data, Operations, or related fields are desirable
- Experience in performance analysis, KPI management, planning, controllership, operations, logistics, or related analytical areas
- Experience developing, monitoring, and analyzing operational and/or financial KPIs
- Experience investigating performance deviations and identifying trends, recurring patterns, and explanatory factors
- Experience analyzing large volumes of data, cross-referencing information, and developing conclusions to support decision-making
- Experience preparing management reports and preparing and presenting performance results
- Experience working with operational teams, supporting performance diagnostics and monitoring action plans
- Experience tracking targets, actual versus planned results, and the historical evolution of indicators
- Experience analyzing business dimensions such as client, contract, unit, route, partner, or operation
- Experience with service-level, productivity, efficiency, cost, or margin indicators is desirable
- Experience using Excel for advanced analysis and information consolidation
- Experience using Power BI as a business user
- Ability to use artificial intelligence tools to support the analytical process will be considered an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- English is desirable
- Knowledge of AI tools
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI)
