About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Map processes and propose improvements by simplifying activities and eliminating bottlenecks
- Structure and implement new processes, ensuring greater standardization and efficiency
- Develop metrics and management models to monitor the productivity and efficiency of business areas
- Track and report the performance of operational results and business units through management reports
- Analyze fluctuations in KPIs (net operating revenue, market share, volume, and margin %) and provide management explanations for variances
- Build and monitor the Rolling Forecast and support the development of targets and monitoring models
- Create dashboards, reports, and management materials using BI tools
- Participate in budgeting and strategic planning, conducting feasibility analyses such as fleet leasing versus purchasing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
- Solid experience in data analysis, information management, and KPI development
- Experience in process mapping and design
- Experience in continuous improvement
- Experience in budget development
- Experience in Rolling Forecast development
- Experience in Transportation/Logistics
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI)
