About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Measure the alignment of unit KPIs with targets by analyzing volume, freight pricing, and truck acquisition data
- Manage operational indicators including volume, market share, percentage margin, absolute margin, ROL per ton, and absolute ROL
- Create and automate short-term internal controls
- Analyze transported volumes and freight costs, identifying optimization opportunities to reduce costs and increase logistics efficiency
- Support the development and improvement of short-term operational processes
- Collaborate with relevant teams to implement practices that improve performance and operational results
- Prepare detailed reports and present insights into operational performance
- Conduct operational analyses to support decision-making by unit teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
- Experience with short-term operational and financial indicators related to transported outbound volume (finished products)
- Experience in the logistics and transportation sectors
- Experience in data analysis
- Experience in process mapping and management tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, and general data analysis tools
