About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the diagnosis, redesign, and implementation of complex processes
- Act as a transformation agent and influence stakeholders
- Manage change and ensure the effectiveness of continuous improvement solutions aligned with corporate strategy
- Identify, map, and analyze existing processes, diagnosing inefficiencies and proposing solutions
- Create and implement data-driven improvement proposals
- Structure and document previously undefined processes and communicate new workflows to teams
- Define and monitor KPIs and create reports to support strategic decision-making
- Promote and lead workshops, training sessions, and process-related discussions
- Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders and establish process governance
- Evaluate and optimize resource allocation for continuous improvement projects
- Lead project management and execution, monitoring milestones, deadlines, objectives, progress, and results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in process mapping and design, continuous improvement, knowledge management, KPI development, and project control
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Lean, and Six Sigma
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing priorities and deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Business Intelligence, and Project Management
- Postgraduate degree preferred
- Intermediate English preferred
