Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate the execution of road transportation operations under your responsibility, ensuring compliance with MOTZ processes, applicable legislation, safety requirements, and service levels agreed with clients
Implement and monitor operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all regions
Lead, train, and develop operations teams across different locations, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration
Conduct performance evaluations and define goals and strategies for the teams’ ongoing development
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs
Analyze nationwide operations data and prepare performance reports, identifying trends and improvement opportunities
Use digital tools and management systems to monitor operational status and make informed decisions
Maintain effective communication with clients and partners nationwide to ensure satisfaction and promptly resolve issues or concerns

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
Knowledge of management systems and technology applied to transportation
Leadership and team management skills
Experience managing relationships with carriers and transportation service providers
Substantial experience coordinating operations, with prior experience in road transportation or logistics
Advanced knowledge of management systems and technologies applied to transportation
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and make effective strategic decisions
Willingness to travel frequently, as needed
