About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the process enabling nurse entrepreneurs to place supply orders easily
Manage supplies operations and fulfillment
Register new accounts eligible to use the supplies platform
Monitor the platform for incoming orders and payments
Place received orders with the appropriate supplier
Perform daily reconciliations between platform orders and supplier orders
Provide occasional email customer service to identify and resolve lost or incorrectly placed orders
Escalate serious issues to the manager
Identify and recommend process improvements
Perform ad hoc responsibilities requested by the manager or product and engineering team, including manual testing of new product features and data entry

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working with US customers in a similar role, such as e-commerce store management
Experience with Shopify or similar platforms
Experience with basic data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel
Willingness to work US hours, as late as 8am–4pm ET on weekdays
Strong written and verbal English skills
High attention to detail and reliability
Ability to execute tasks efficiently and effectively
Reliable internet connection (>10mbps)
Quiet working environment
Proficiency in English
Experience in a healthcare, beauty, or wellness business is a bonus
Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is a bonus
Experience with manual QA testing is a bonus
