About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build strong relationships with customers across Germany via email, live chat, phone, and social media
- Deliver professional, highly personalised customer experiences
- Manage a busy workflow and find customer-focused solutions
- Collaborate with Operations to resolve order issues and ensure smooth customer journeys
- Liaise with Marketing regarding promotions, discounts, and campaigns
- Coordinate with external partners such as couriers to support delivery and fulfilment
- Work with global colleagues on best practices and regional process improvement
- Take ownership of customer experience, drive loyalty, and enhance MPB’s reputation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency in German and English
- Proficiency in any other language is a plus
- Strong organisational and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Professional and friendly communication across email, live chat, phone, and social media
- Creative problem-solving and resourcefulness
- Resilience, adaptability, patience, and a positive mindset under pressure
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Customer support software experience is a plus
- Previous customer service experience and/or photography and videography knowledge is a big plus
