About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the daily scheduling of ROI Specialists at specified client sites.
  • Act as liaison between MRO and Client Management staff.
  • Ensure ROI activities comply with client policies, federal and state regulations, and timeliness standards.
  • Manage workflow among on-site employees at multiple client sites.
  • Adjust work assignments to cover peak periods, leave, and vacancies.
  • Provide coverage during backlogs, illness, vacation, or leave of absence.
  • Perform quality assurance monitoring of ROI Specialists’ work performance.
  • Conduct productivity and work performance reviews with the Area Manager’s direction.
  • Monitor performance and provide feedback for ROI Specialists.
  • Manage employee schedules and approve bi-weekly payroll, including PTO requests.
  • Promote positive customer service when interacting with patients, co-workers, and medical center personnel.
  • Provide support to the Area Manager as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Bachelor’s and/or Associates Degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration or health related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • 1 years supervisory/management experience in acute care setting.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA privacy information standards required.
  • Demonstrates excellence in written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications required.
  • Ability to work at client facilities throughout the United States.
