About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage daily scheduling of ROI Specialists at specified client sites
  • Act as liaison between MRO and Client Management staff
  • Ensure ROI activities comply with client policies and federal and state regulations
  • Manage workflow among on-site employees at multiple client sites
  • Adjust work assignments to cover peak periods, leave, and vacancies
  • Provide coverage during backlogs, illness, vacation, or leave of absence
  • Perform quality assurance monitoring of ROI Specialists’ work
  • Conduct productivity and work performance reviews with the Area Manager
  • Monitor performance and provide feedback for ROI Specialists
  • Manage employee schedules and approve bi-weekly payroll, including PTO requests
  • Provide courteous and efficient customer service to patients, co-workers, and medical center personnel
  • Provide support to the Area Manager as needed
  • Travel 50% and work on site at client facilities in Lincoln, Nebraska and Iowa when traveling

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • 1 years supervisory/management experience in acute care setting
  • Knowledge of HIPAA privacy information standards required
  • Demonstrates excellence in written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications required
  • Bachelor’s and/or Associates Degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration or health related field or equivalent experience is preferred
