About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with leaders across Retail, People, Digital & Technology and Finance to create and deliver colleague communications supporting business priorities, transformation programmes and strategic change
  • Develop content and campaigns across newsletters, town halls, huddles and IRIS
  • Create stories bringing transformation, culture and performance to life
  • Lead communications for wellbeing, development, benefits, DE&I and charity partnership initiatives
  • Measure communications effectiveness, gather colleague insight and use data and feedback to improve engagement outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant internal communications experience, ideally gained within a large, complex organisation
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting transformation, change or culture programmes
  • Strong background in strategic messaging, communication planning and campaign delivery
  • Experience creating or overseeing multi-channel content, including events, video and visual communications
  • Ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders and deliver at pace
