About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support physician and provider compensation programs through data collection, analysis, reporting, and project execution
  • Maintain and validate compensation, productivity, workforce, demographic, and market benchmark data
  • Conduct compensation analyses, market studies, and benchmarking activities
  • Assist with annual compensation planning cycles, survey submissions, and market data refresh initiatives
  • Develop recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Support compensation redesign initiatives, incentive plan analyses, productivity-based compensation programs, and special projects
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate reporting, and improve analytical tools and methodologies
  • Build expertise in physician compensation through project work, mentorship, and collaboration across Total Rewards and business teams
  • Partner with leaders across HR, Finance, Payroll, and Operations
  • Report to the Manager, Compensation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in compensation, financial analysis, workforce analytics, healthcare administration, business intelligence, or a related analytical function
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with demonstrated experience working with large and complex datasets
  • Experience developing reports, presenting analytical findings, and supporting data-driven business decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll, financial systems, reporting tools, healthcare analytics, compensation benchmarking, or physician compensation programs is preferred
  • Strong analytical curiosity with a passion for exploring data, identifying trends, and solving complex business problems
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, navigate gray areas, and apply sound judgment when making recommendations
  • Self-motivated, resourceful learner who proactively seeks new knowledge, feedback, and opportunities for growth
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and high-quality deliverables
  • Ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively, and confidently challenge assumptions through thoughtful, data-driven insights
