About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a key analytics partner to Revenue Cycle, Finance, and Operations leaders by delivering reporting and insights that support decision-making
- Analyze financial, operational, and revenue cycle data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop reporting and analyses that help improve reimbursement outcomes, operational performance, and financial results
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business stakeholders
- Translate business needs into technical reporting solutions and actionable analytics deliverables
- Monitor key financial and operational metrics and provide recommendations based on findings
- Respond to ad hoc analytical requests with timely, relevant, and practical insights
- Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Cycle, IT, and operational teams on analytics and reporting initiatives
- Support process improvement, automation, system testing, and implementation efforts tied to reporting and data management
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of healthcare analytics experience in a relevant analytical, reporting, or business intelligence role
- Advanced SQL skills with demonstrated ability to build complex queries and analytical solutions
- Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations in Tableau
- Experience working with large healthcare datasets and integrating data from multiple sources
- Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle analytics and healthcare reporting
- Epic Caboodle experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple complex priorities and projects effectively
- Ability to turn large, complex datasets into meaningful business insights
- Ability to clearly present technical findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to build trust and work cross-functionally across business and technical teams
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, accurate, and efficient reporting tools
