About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Registrar’s Office with execution, auditing, planning, process review, and evaluation of Registrar’s Office functions
  • Assist with maintenance, monitoring, and improvement of the Jenzabar SIS
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry, assisting students during registration, greeting visitors, and answering phones
  • Administer the Jenzabar SIS, including system configurations, maintenance, optimization, and enhancements
  • Maintain Jenzabar reports, rules, permissions, and automations
  • Research new features, best practices, and system enhancements to optimize Jenzabar functionality
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system, integration, and data issues across Jenzabar
  • Audit and reconcile registration, graduation, and enrollment data
  • Collaborate with Information Technology, Applications Development, Institutional Research, Student Financial Services, and Admissions
  • Develop documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials for Jenzabar users
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Higher Education, Registrar, or Jenzabar data operations preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing data, processes, and systems in a complex, collaborative environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to train team members on SIS functions and proper use
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and functional areas
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Accurate and efficient data input skills with an eye for detail
  • Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies and software
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative, diverse environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of data
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
