About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Direct others on work activities and organize resource scheduling
  • Read complex blueprints and equipment packaging lists for assembly
  • Solve complex job-related problems or present solutions to the project manager and/or director of operations
  • Liaise with client representatives
  • Attend all project meetings
  • Conduct safety talks and maintain check-in sheets
  • Maintain tool inspection reports
  • Submit permanent and temporary employees’ time to the office
  • Perform performance reviews for project employees
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with piping planning and installation activities
  • 1–5 years of experience managing projects and personnel
  • Ability to work with a variety of tools
  • Ability to read complex blueprints and equipment packaging lists for assembly
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug test
  • Ability to meet very heavy physical demand requirements, including lifting and material handling
  • Ability to work in environments involving weather, extreme temperatures, high noise, electrical shock hazards, toxic or caustic chemicals, wet/humid conditions, vibration, moving mechanical parts, and elevated work areas
  • Must be able to talk and hear
  • Required visual abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, plus focus adjustment
