About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Direct others on work activities and organize scheduling of resources
Read complex blueprints and equipment packaging lists for assembly
Solve complex job-related problems or bring solutions to the project manager and/or director of operations
Liaise with client representatives
Attend all project meetings
Perform safety talks and maintain check-in sheets
Maintain tool inspection reports
Submit permanent and temporary employees' time to the office
Perform performance reviews for employees on the project
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of experience with sheet metal lay-out and installation
1-5 years of experience managing projects and personnel
Ability to work with a variety of tools
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Must successfully pass a background check and drug test
Ability to read complex blueprints and equipment packaging lists for assembly
Ability to perform the listed physical demands, including frequent stooping, crouching, kneeling, balancing, climbing, standing, walking, reaching, and gripping
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. solo and handle material lifting requirements up to 115 lbs.
Ability to work in exposure to weather, extreme heat or cold, high noise intensity, electrical shock, toxic or caustic chemicals, wet or humid conditions, vibration, moving mechanical parts, and elevated work areas
