About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct others on work activities and organize scheduling of resources
- Read complex blueprints and equipment packaging lists for assembly
- Solve complex job-related problems or bring solutions to the project manager and/or director of operations
- Liaise with client representatives
- Attend all project meetings
- Perform safety talks and keep check-in sheets
- Maintain tool inspection reports
- Submit permanent and temporary employees' time to the office
- Perform performance reviews for employees on the project
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years of experience with sheet metal lay-out and installation
- Must be able to work with variety of tools
- Have 1-5 years of experience managing projects and personnel
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug test
- Occasional sitting, frequent stooping, crouching, kneeling, balancing, and climbing
- Constant standing, walking, reaching and gripping
- Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to talk and hear
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (maximum solo lift) and constant lifting to 25 lbs.
- Material handling includes occasional lifting up to 115 lbs., frequent lifting up to 50 lbs., and constant lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work in exposure to weather, extreme heat or cold, high noise intensity, atmospheric conditions, electrical shock, toxic or caustic chemicals, wet and/or humid conditions, vibration, moving mechanical parts, and high exposure places
