About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities
  • Serve as the frontline representative and image of MTM Health
  • Handle a variety of customer care tasks that increase in complexity as skills progress
  • Manage approximately 60–80 calls per day, with higher volumes on Mondays
  • Work primarily second-shift schedules starting after 2pm CST, often including weekends

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must currently reside in Missouri
  • 1 year of Call Center experience
  • 6 months Customer Service experience
  • Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
  • High speed Internet access such as Cable, DSL or Fiber
  • Minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps
  • Wireless and WiFi “air cards” are prohibited
  • A quiet space within the home free of distractions, including caretaking of any kind
