About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Head of Digital Marketing in developing, managing, and executing Mulberry’s digital marketing strategy across key regions
  • Forecast channel traffic, demand, and efficiency
  • Manage external agencies and ensure delivery of channel strategy and performance
  • Deliver revenue targets across CRM and email, with other channels as required
  • Plan, set up, and execute weekly email campaigns based on the promotional calendar, launches, and key focuses
  • Manage and optimise email campaigns and customer-retention flows, including welcome series and reactivations
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and engagement
  • Develop strategies to convert non-loyalty customers and drive engagement, lifetime value, and retention
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to deliver growth across marketing channels
  • Analyse campaign data and optimise KPIs including open rate, click-through rate, engagement time, conversion rate, revenue per email, and average order value
  • Identify growth opportunities and optimise performance across marketing channels
  • Monitor and maintain campaign tracking, attribution, and performance accuracy across all markets
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to test and refine ad messaging, creative formats, and landing pages
  • Demonstrate Mulberry’s values and act as a positive brand ambassador
  • Support an inclusive culture and incorporate environmentally and socially responsible practices into the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in a similar digital marketing role, ideally with hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels
  • Proficiency in campaign analytics and data reporting
  • Excel or Google Sheets proficiency (essential)
  • Experience with BI tools is a plus
  • Experience in ESP and CRM tools such as Bloomreach
  • Proven experience developing and delivering customer lifecycle strategies across digital marketing channels
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across regions
  • Collaborative and proactive
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing a team or individual
