About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in developing categories of the Women’s Leather Goods and ready-to-wear collections
- Ensure timely development and delivery from prototype development through production in line with the critical path
- Support the Product Development Team throughout the product lifecycle, from Design Brief to Showroom Sample
- Complete accurate bulk and production Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Compile and amend BOMs in Centric, including styles and materials, to represent all manufacturing components
- Support Garment Tech in collection development and delivery of SRS meeting quality standards
- Manage DHL shipments for the development team
- Support the Garment Tech Manager in ensuring products meet Mulberry quality standards
- Build and amend Product Specification Sheets (PSS)
- Assist with sample lifecycle and specification requirements, including measurements and tech packs, for handover to production
- Support purchase order creation, invoicing, and supplier creation in the system
- Help the Raw Material Developer with pricing, filing, and material-related tasks
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with key stakeholders
- Promote Mulberry’s values, inclusive culture, and sustainability practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in the leather/woven RTW and accessory industry within a technical discipline
- Knowledge of Centric/ROOTLINE PD computer program or similar ERP system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to produce accurate work with attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while retaining a friendly and positive can-do attitude
- Adaptable and able to respond effectively to unexpected changes and peaks in business demands
- Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solving approach
