About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and business change projects from initiation through operational handover
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across digital commerce, retail technology, business systems and operational change
- Deliver projects to agreed scope, budget, timelines and business outcomes
- Apply Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery approaches
- Drive accountability across cross-functional teams, suppliers and implementation partners
- Establish governance, reporting and decision-making structures
- Define project scope, objectives, plans, budgets and resource requirements
- Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, project reporting and governance documentation
- Monitor progress, manage dependencies and resolve risks and issues
- Manage change requests and control scope, schedule and costs
- Provide status reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Coordinate QA, SIT, UAT, OAT, regression and end-to-end testing
- Ensure defect management, entry and exit criteria, and go-live readiness
- Support business readiness, operational handover and post-implementation stabilisation
- Build relationships across business and technology functions
- Coordinate stakeholders, project teams and suppliers
- Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners
- Capture lessons learned and improve delivery practices and project governance
- Contribute to Mulberry's project management and delivery capability
- Promote Mulberry's values, inclusive culture, brand ambassadorship and sustainability practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale technology, digital transformation or business change projects
- Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to transition and benefits realisation
- Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies
- Strong project planning, governance, budgeting and risk management skills
- Knowledge of software delivery lifecycles and testing methodologies including QA, SIT, UAT and OAT
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and implementation partners
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Highly organised, resilient and delivery-focused
- Desirable: experience within retail, omni-channel, e-commerce or luxury retail environments
- Desirable: experience delivering ERP, CRM, Digital Commerce, Supply Chain or Data transformation projects
- Desirable: experience of turnaround, transformation or high-growth business environments
- Desirable: familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira or similar delivery management tools
- PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, Scrum Master or equivalent certification
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent practical experience
- Resilience, adaptability and a strong sense of ownership
- Attention to detail with an outcome-focused mindset
- Confident communication with technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to challenge constructively and drive accountability
- Ability to maintain momentum in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
