Key responsibilities & impact

Build, test, deploy, document and maintain business workflow automations using Make.com, Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, Zapier or comparable platforms
Translate Chromcraft SOPs and management requirements into automated processes
Integrate approved AI tools into business workflows
Build internal AI agents and assistants for repetitive tasks, research, routing, summarization, reporting and internal decision support
Design workflows with human-approval checkpoints for sensitive actions
Test for data-quality issues, exceptions, AI hallucinations, failed steps, duplicated actions and operational risks
Create documentation for every production workflow
Maintain and improve workflows as business requirements change
Work with technical specialists when complex ERP/API development is required
Participate in Zendesk implementation and ongoing administration
Configure and maintain knowledge-base content, macros, triggers, routing rules, automations, forms and AI-assisted customer-service workflows
Implement, test and improve Zendesk AI / AI-agent functionality
Test AI responses for accuracy, escalation logic, warranty/product information, order-related requests and brand tone
Determine which customer questions require knowledge-base answers, live ERP/Shopify data or human escalation
Coordinate with Zendesk, NEXT and other external technical resources on API or advanced integration work
Own ongoing Zendesk workflow maintenance and improvement
Build AI-assisted workflows across Microsoft 365 for reporting, approvals, notifications, document handling and recurring summaries
Automate exception alerts, data review, document preparation and repetitive office processes
Standardize internal workflows and reduce manual work while preserving management visibility and approval
Coordinate with Amazon/Walmart agencies and marketplace specialists
Assist with approved Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Seller Center listing/content updates, QA, troubleshooting and data preparation
Verify agency-created marketplace assets and approved content are implemented correctly

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience building business automations in Make.com, Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, Zapier or a comparable workflow platform
Strong Make.com experience is preferred
Practical Microsoft Power Automate / Microsoft 365 workflow experience is strongly preferred
Ability to demonstrate at least one real workflow personally built or materially contributed to
Practical experience with OpenAI/ChatGPT, Google AI Studio/Gemini, Claude or comparable platforms
Hands-on Zendesk experience or meaningful experience implementing/administering another customer-service/ticketing platform
Ability to understand a manual SOP, identify automation opportunities, define exceptions and build reliable workflows
Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON or system integrations
Strong English communication, troubleshooting ability, attention to detail and documentation discipline
Evidence of employment stability and genuine interest in a long-term, full-time role
Willingness to work with at least 3–4 hours of overlap with U.S. Pacific Time
Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Seller Center familiarity is nice to have
Experience automating workflows across Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams is nice to have
Shopify, ERP-connected workflow or e-commerce operations experience is useful
Basic Python or scripting familiarity is nice to have
Experience with AI-generated images/video is useful
Interest in furniture, home products and product design is nice to have
