About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the day-to-day social media presence of two established tabletop gaming brands
Organize, schedule, and publish approved content across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, mentions, and community discussions
Build positive relationships with followers and encourage meaningful conversations
Ensure captions, responses, and communications remain consistent with each brand’s voice, tone, and identity
Collaborate with the internal team to gather content, product information, campaign materials, and publishing assets
Track audience feedback, recurring questions, relevant conversations, and emerging tabletop gaming trends
Monitor key social media and engagement metrics and share regular performance updates
Attend a weekly meeting to discuss priorities, upcoming content, community feedback, and brand updates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, business, or online community
Hands-on experience publishing content across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
Strong community management experience, including responding to comments, messages, mentions, and customer questions
Excellent written English and ability to communicate in a warm, natural, and brand-appropriate manner
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to manage multiple accounts and publishing schedules
Familiarity with social media scheduling, publishing, and reporting tools
Experience with tabletop gaming, board games, role-playing games, publishing, entertainment, or other community-driven consumer brands
Familiarity with the TTRPG community and platforms such as Kickstarter, Discord, Reddit, or similar interest-based communities
Basic content creation or editing skills using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
Experience reviewing social media analytics and identifying opportunities to improve reach and engagement
Familiarity with user-generated content, influencer engagement, or community-led marketing campaigns
Must currently reside in the Philippines and be legally authorized to work there
Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work
