About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support end-to-end management and delivery of integrated digital advertising campaigns
  • Coordinate branded content, display advertising, paid social, email marketing, video, product testing and community engagement campaigns
  • Coordinate campaign deliverables with Editorial, Content, Ad Operations, Sales, Insights and Strategic Planning teams
  • Manage timelines, track deliverables and coordinate creative assets
  • Support campaign content creation and review, including promotional copy and creative feedback
  • Assist with campaign launches, quality assurance and ongoing optimisation
  • Act as day-to-day contact for clients and media agencies
  • Communicate campaign progress, provide updates, manage expectations and respond to queries
  • Coordinate client meetings, kick-offs and status calls
  • Monitor campaign KPIs including impressions, clicks, engagement and content views
  • Prepare performance updates and post-campaign analysis reports
  • Translate campaign data into actionable client insights and recommendations
  • Support campaign proposals, media plans, costings and client presentations
  • Share campaign insights and client feedback to improve Mumsnet's commercial offering
  • Stay current with digital advertising, social media and branded content developments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence building relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with ability to juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines and priorities
  • Proactive, solutions-focused attitude and ability to take ownership of tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
  • Genuine interest in digital advertising, branded content and the wider media landscape
  • Confidence working with data and interest in understanding campaign performance
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, including exposure to senior-level contacts
  • Confidence communicating professionally with stakeholders at different levels, internally and externally
  • Previous experience at a media owner, publisher, media agency or creative agency (desirable)
  • Understanding of digital advertising formats, including display, social media, email marketing or branded content (desirable)
  • Familiarity with campaign reporting, performance metrics or Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager (desirable)
  • Experience supporting client presentations, campaign reporting or media planning (desirable)
  • Interest in audience insights, consumer behaviour and creative brand partnerships (desirable)
