Key responsibilities & impact

Create and maintain the overall program plan
Identify dependencies between teams and keep priorities aligned
Drive delivery across Engineering, Product, Cloud, Professional Services, Customer Success, Security, Sales, and Finance
Clarify deliverables, deadlines, decisions, and dependencies for each team
Hold functional leads accountable and escalate non-delivery early
Find issues early, escalate decisions, resolve team conflicts, and track actions to completion
Maintain the program risk and dependency log and agree mitigation actions with owners
Escalate serious risks to the Executive Team
Provide regular program updates and present progress, risks, and decisions to executives
Ensure customers receive clear and timely communications
Measure migration and delivery progress across on-premise-to-multi-tenant-v5 and single-tenant-cloud-to-multi-tenant-v5 paths
Measure revenue uplift, cost reduction, and simplification benefits
Track customer migration, price uplift, ARR or contracted recurring revenue, cost reduction opportunities, support simplification, and environment reductions
Maintain a migration dashboard for both customer cohorts
Report whether expected benefits are being achieved
Deliver the multi-tenant v5 cloud platform and make new cloud features available
Ensure customers migrate from on-premise and single-tenant cloud environments to the multi-tenant v5 platform

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
Formal programme or project management qualification (e.g., MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, PgMP, Agile Programme Management)
Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud platforms, and enterprise software delivery
10+ years' experience leading complex, cross-functional technology transformation programmes
Demonstrated success delivering large-scale strategic initiatives with executive visibility and accountability
Experience managing programmes spanning Product, Engineering, Cloud Operations, Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Security
Proven ability to influence and hold senior stakeholders accountable without direct line management authority
