About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assess patient needs for physical therapy
- Plan and execute individual treatment plans in accordance with State of Michigan licensure and PT scope of practice
- Provide quality treatment to outpatient rehabilitation patients
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, including written instructions as necessary
- Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team through clear communication and innovative contributions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- State of Michigan Physical Therapy License
- Must be vaccinated or have lab-confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella
- Must receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption
