About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in shaping compensation programs
- Analyze, design, and administer enterprise-wide compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and salary structures
- Conduct market benchmarking
- Lead complex compensation analyses
- Support pay equity and compliance initiatives
- Translate data into insights that inform executive decision-making
- Consult with leaders across the organization
- Influence key compensation initiatives
- Deliver compensation solutions that attract, retain, and reward top talent
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7–10+ years of compensation experience
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide compensation programs
- Strong background in analytics and compensation operations
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field (required)
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) preferred
- Advanced Excel and data modeling skills
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors)
- Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred
- Must be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella
- Must receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year hired and annually thereafter, or have an approved medical or religious exemption
