About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform engineering work related to product, equipment, system, process, or application development and improvement
- Interpret requirements, drawings, specifications, standards, and customer or project inputs to support robust technical solutions
- Develop, review, test, validate, and document engineering deliverables in line with quality, cost, safety, reliability, and performance expectations
- Provide technical support to internal stakeholders, including sales, project teams, operations, procurement, manufacturing, or service
- Investigate technical problems, evaluate alternatives, and recommend practical improvements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering methods, documentation, product performance, and ways of working
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering knowledge with the ability to apply theory, data, standards, and practical judgment to real-world problems
- Ability to create, review, and communicate technical documentation, calculations, analysis, or recommendations
- Structured problem-solving mindset with attention to safety, quality, cost, reliability, and performance
- Collaborative approach across engineering, sales, operations, manufacturing, service, and external stakeholders
- University degree
- 4–6 years of relevant experience
