About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary contact during the design, manufacture, and site delivery phases of large assigned projects
- Manage day-to-day aspects of assigned projects and client interactions
- Develop and execute project plans aligned with company and client requirements
- Prepare and maintain project management records and documentation
- Support compilation and submission of technical documentation, including technical submittals
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and according to approved specifications and contract terms
- Manage site technical teams and coordinate site activities
- Produce and manage health and safety documentation for project site activities
- Deliver post-production equipment documentation, including as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and spare parts lists
- Liaise with project stakeholders, internal teams, external partners, QAQC teams, and factory teams
- Organize factory testing for client-related tests
- Manage change orders and variations
- Manage on-site QAQC activities and address quality issues
- Attend client and third-party meetings in person and remotely
- Provide weekly and monthly project progress and commercial reports to senior management
- Resolve or escalate project issues in a timely manner
- Assist finance with commercial issues when necessary
- Understand revenue models, P&L, and cost-to-completion projections
- Foster teamwork, accountability, and excellent customer service
- Handle enquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure timely service
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a similar role
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems serving mission critical environments
- Qualification in project management and / or HVAC
- Health & Safety SSSTS / SMSTS
- Expert level ability in Office 365 applications
- Experience with project management tools such as Procore and BIM360
- Fluent spoken English
- Fluent written English
- Ability to travel to sites as required
