About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage inbound leads generated through various acquisition channels
- Contact prospects promptly to understand their needs, assess their home’s technical potential, and confirm their interest
- Build a strong personal relationship and establish Murfy Solaire as a trusted expert
- Conduct remote technical and financial assessments using Revolt.eco
- Present tailored commercial proposals covering system sizing, financial returns, and available incentives
- Address objections, negotiate, and secure contract signatures
- Follow up after the technician’s visit to finalize and secure the sale
- Coordinate the customer journey with the technical teams through to installation
- Maintain long-term customer relationships, including through self-consumption reviews at months 6 and 12
- Offer complementary solutions, including batteries and EV charging stations
- Implement a referral strategy
- Contribute to improving sales processes and automating repetitive tasks
- Collaborate with the sales team and field teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of proven sales experience
- B2C experience preferred
- Experience with sales cycles involving high-consideration products or services
- Experience conducting sales entirely remotely
- Ability to manage multiple interactions and build trust
- Ability to nurture prospect interest and adapt communication to the prospect’s level of readiness
- Interest in developing strong technical knowledge of the products and services sold
- Continuous-improvement mindset and interest in data
- Desire to work in an agile environment
- Autonomous and proactive
- Proficiency in or interest in Odoo (CRM), Revolt.eco, Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace

- Fixed salary plus variable compensation: €50,000–€60,000
