About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage inbound leads generated through various acquisition channels
- Promptly contact prospects to understand their needs, assess their home’s technical suitability, and confirm their level of interest
- Build strong customer relationships and position Murfy Solaire as a trusted expert
- Conduct remote technical and financial feasibility studies using Revolt.eco
- Present clear, tailored commercial proposals covering system sizing, profitability, and available incentives
- Address objections, negotiate, and secure signatures
- Follow up after the technician’s visit to finalize and secure the sale
- Coordinate the customer journey with the technical teams through to installation
- Support customers over time with self-consumption reviews at months 6 and 12
- Offer complementary products and services, particularly batteries and EV charging stations
- Implement a referral strategy
- Contribute to improving sales processes and automating repetitive tasks
- Use Odoo, Revolt.eco, Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of proven sales experience
- B2C experience preferred
- Experience with sales cycles involving high-consideration products or services conducted entirely remotely
- Comfortable managing multiple interactions and able to build trust, nurture prospects’ interest, and adapt messaging to their level of readiness
- Eagerness to develop strong technical knowledge of the products and services sold
- Continuous-improvement mindset and an interest in data
- Autonomous and proactive in an agile environment
- Ability to demonstrate how your experience can be applied to Murfy Solaire’s specific business context

- Base salary plus variable compensation: €50,000–€60,000
