About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary owner and point of contact for all remote and mobile services provided by Ocean Cadillac
  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of remote interactions from booking and confirmation through dispatch, service, and follow-up
  • Communicate status, timing, and next steps through clients’ preferred channels
  • Monitor satisfaction and resolve client issues quickly
  • Understand client concerns and write accurate repair orders for mobile service visits
  • Schedule and route mobile service technicians and confirm vehicle, location, and work scope
  • Present recommended maintenance and repairs, provide estimates, and secure approvals
  • Follow up after mobile visits
  • Field roadside and emergency assistance requests
  • Coordinate towing, roadside dispatch, and next steps
  • Direct roadside events into mobile repair, loaner, or in-dealership service paths
  • Manage loaner fleet availability, assignment, delivery, pickup, and return
  • Handle loaner agreements, condition documentation, insurance and eligibility verification
  • Ensure loaner vehicles are clean, fueled or charged, and presented to Cadillac standards
  • Answer inbound calls and messages and convert them into confirmed appointments
  • Make outbound contact for service reminders, recalls, declined-service follow-ups, and campaigns
  • Maintain accurate client and appointment records in the DMS/CRM
